Mute Swans and Unidentified Bird

This bird, about the size of a goldfinch was at my feeder this morning.  Don't know what it was!
It's a House Finch!

The mute swans were on Donegal Lake 2/18/12.

August photos

She crossed the road in front of me on Aug 3rd.

These two fawns were hanging out at the corner of 711 and route 30 August 4th in the morning and were there again in the evening.

Donegal Lake dragonflies.

Turkey vultures may not be pretty but these ones sure gave me some striking photos!
I came over the hill on a back gravel road behind Stahlstown and about a dozen of them took off. They flew a short distance and landed on the roof of this barn where they gladly posed for some photos.

These are the same fawns as this morning (there were actually 3 tonight-but the third didn't stick around for photos- it ran down the bank towards the Loyalhanna.
